These workshops are deisgned for group work, with then branches into spaces for individual sessions and use a flower affinity process to engage people on topics of minfulness and self-care.
An introduction to philosophies of mindfulness and engaging with nature set the scene for participants to then carrying out flower affinity processes through a variety of methods.
Guided meditation, flower affinity, nature-engagement, drawing, dreaming…. and more. This is highly dependant on the environment, group and resources for any given event.
